According to the Associated Press, Tom Brady's suspension has been overturned by Federal Judge, Richard M. Berman. This reversed his 4 game suspension issued by NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell during the spring. I actually stated in an earlier blog on 08/02/2015 that I felt his suspension would be overturned.

I'm not a huge fan of Tom Brady because he's a bit too cocky and arrogant for me, but I certainly agree with Judge Berman's decision.
There just wasn't enough evidence to support the NFL's decision to suspend him to begin with and I always felt that a substantial fine would have been appropriate enough punishment. Brady would've paid with little resistance.
This is just another public relations nightmare for The NFL especially for Commissioner Goodell and I'm positive that there's more to come from this all too familiar nightmare for them.
I don't really think that Poppa Goodell thought the NFL's most polarizing figure would turn on him and become Mr. Untouchable. The NFL created a monster that they have the slightest idea how to control.
